Contact a realtor two weeks before my trip to Orlando to find a house to rent, once we arrived she said she could help us and send another person, we requested to see 4 houses the Mr Dorgival Barbosa scheduled over 9 houses to shows that day, one of them we removed from list and another one was dirty with cat poop and dead cockroaches on the floor, we decided to rent the property and after an issue appeared he refused to assist us any further , he also refused to admit any mistakes done by his company. We got a realtor that was not only unprepared to deal with issues but was also unprofessional. If you are searching for a place to buy or rent this is not the place to go. The issue was a credit score and not a background check, your answer says even more about your company.

I rented an apartment from Blue Sky property management (611 Campus St. in Celebration). Tom and his team were very welcoming and made the move-in process a breeze. All my maintenance requests were promptly addressed and my deposit was returned at lease end after inspection.

If I could give No stars I would. I lived in the apartment for a year and a half, the landlord and I had a wonderful relationship. I left them Furniture and other things in the apartment. I had a professionally cleaned for $150. A small one bedroom garage apartment. My problem was between when the cleaning woman left and they came for inspection, there were a few “” mistakes.” There was a little bit of wax underneath the bathroom sink from a wax kit that I had and one of the vents and one of the blinds were not dusted thoroughly enough, so instead of calling me, there’s a rule you only get one chance to clean perfectly!!!! they sent in supposedly a professional cleaner for $200 in a 500 square-foot apartment. They also had the rugs shampooed professionally and charged me for that even though when I moved in the rugs were not perfectly clean. They then charged me for a smoke detector that I had taken the battery out and was left right there on the counter for them to put it back because it was way too high for me and everyone was made aware of it . It was taken down because there was two in a very small area and it kept going off and they were aware of the problem. I want to be the cleaner that they hire they get $200 for cleaning two little things and the person who put the smoke detector up for $50 because I’ll do it all day long …..great Job. These people are criminals and hypocrites and they take money from tenants that are renting small apartments and do nothing for them. If they need the money that bad they should go into another business. When I had called them once to change a lightbulb in a fixture that I couldn’t possibly reach because it was 15 feet off the ground they charged me $30 for the lightbulb. Oh and I paid them $50 a month for nothing!!!! Seriously, total rip off.i may have to take legal action

If I could provide zero stars, I would. Rent from any other company than Bluesky! I rented a filthy house that nobody cleaned (look at the bug and dirt filled pics) at 930 Greenlawn and paid cash up front. I cleaned the whole house and moved in as I didn't have time to wait on their delays. I had the house painted, carpet steamed, tile and grout cleaned and took impeccable care, so much so, the neighbors even complimented it. One year later, I move out leaving the place spotless and they take more than half of my deposit, requesting I pay for garage doors (I never received, they are with them), cleaning fee (the house was clean), a towel bar (never had one when I moved in), and pay for outlets that they didn't replace on move in (your handyman came 2 weeks after I moved in so the missing outlets were covered with furniture). It is egregious to charge anyone $500 to clean a townhouse for a new tenant when I was given a filthy house! I left the residence clean. At no point when conducting the walk thru did Chi Chi state the house wasn't clean or tell me to my face something wasn't right. They are a rip off and will nickel and dime you for things you didn't even do. When things were wrong or needed to be fixed, the owner would sit outside on the house and consult with the tech. It was beyond creepy, and no single tenant needs an owner to show up or stand outside for every small thing to be fixed. I was so uncomfortable, that I asked them not to bother fixing basic items such as lights that didn't work outside because I didn't want the owners sitting out front. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had.

I was hoping I could write a completely good review, however there are definitely pros and cons to this management company.
Pros: some people in the office are responsive, the app allows for rent payment and maintenance requests to be submitted with ease. Will help change your lease if some circumstances change.
Cons: It can take a long time for maintenance to actually be completed. My dryer was broken for two months, and I just had to keep trying to track down the company they use to fix such items, and they are very slow. My biggest con is the move out inspection process. Quite a few items that were dirty, broken, or rusted upon our move in (which I notated to them) they blamed us for. When moving out, just hire your own company. We missed a few things and got charged $650 to clean a 1500sqft condo. Asked around and that’s a grossly inflated cleaning fee as the cost to them should have been no more than $200-$300 since the items listed as dirty were dust on some blinds, the tub, wiping one shelf in the freezer, mopping, and one spot that got missed on the toilet wipe down. All other items on our “move out inspection” were notated as dirty, rusted, or broken on our move in sheet.

I would just say be present for that move out inspection and keep a copy of your move in sheet that you get a copy of.

I have rented from several different PM companies in Celebration, and this is by far, the BEST! They are very responsive to service issues and try to get things fixed as quickly as possible. They even brought me several portable A/Cs when mine broke and it took a few days to pull permits to get a crane for replacement (our A/C units are on the roof). They have always responded to me within the hour when I send in a service request and always keep me up to date as to what is going on with fixing the issue. I would highly recommend renting from them (or hiring them as an owner).

Our time with Blue Sky was wonderful.Our family has moved a number of times before, oftentimes internationally, so we know what is to be expected from a good, reliable company, and Blue Sky is the embodiment of all of our highest expectations. In the 4 years they accommodated us as a tenant wonderfully. Blue Sky provided us with pleasantly accessible service whenever we had issues, even on the weekends they were able to solve our maintenance issue. They helped us resolve problems in the condominium where we resided, and were a very loyal form of support during the lockdown, when loyalty was especially appreciated.

On day one we walked into our rental home completely flooded because they didn’t maintain the A/C unit. Property managers? They can’t even manage an A/C unit in one townhouse. And to be completely honest.....it hasn’t gotten any better.
Please read the rest of these one star reviews and proceed at your own risk.

Love the response from you guys! 27 issues in 2 years, you should probably maintain the house a little better, as we’ve complied with every task handed to us by the owners of the home. How many of those 27 issues were repeat jobs because you didn’t get it right the first time? Plus you respond to my roommates down playing their issues with communication. As I’ve stated in previous emails, grow up and be better at your job! It’s almost like you don’t want the truth about your business out in the public. And lastly, a 1.7 out of 5....yikes, that’s actual disappointment!
