I began working for this company at the end of 2020 (prior to having children), and I worked here until the end 2022 when I was wrongfully discriminated against for having children!
I made the mistake of investing my time and energy into this company, but I’m hoping this review will allow others, especially women who have children, to do their research and ensure they make a decision to pursue their education at a school that is reputable, fair, and that will not discriminate against you for being or becoming a mother! On another note, I am leaving this review now because it has been two years since I’ve worked here, and yet, I am still receiving emails of documents (which I would consider confidential financial aid information) to my personal email. I have received 5 docusigns for different students in the last three days. As a financial aid professional, I find this unacceptable as I am no longer affiliated with this company and should not be receiving student’s financial aid information.

With that being said, here is my experience in picture form as my story exceeds the characters allowed for this review.

I have had the pleasure of being an employee of CCI since 2018. On yesterday, our Pharmacy Technician Program Manager, Amelia Kane, PharmD, our Student Success Manager, Miguel Rivera, and myself, held a Virtual Party for one of our newest Pharmacy Technician Graduates 🎓, to celebrate her for obtaining a career as Licensed Pharmacy Technician with a leading retail Pharmacy! That was one of the coolest things that I've seen! The graduate was so appreciative and overjoyed to be acknowledged for her hard work, dedication and HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!

Hello All, CCI Training has been awesome to attend. The staff and teachers are amazing. I am currently in the Administrative Medical Assistant program (online) and One of the Most wonderful, fun,caring and amazing teacher I have had so far is Mrs. Craft! I look forward to continuing and receiving my certification. I want to thank Mr. Miguel, Mrs.Craft and all other staff for doing a wonderful job. This has been a smooth sailing experience . Please don't hesitate to enroll. You won't regret it!

I just wanted to give a shout out if you will to Mrs. Kane. She has been an outstanding teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable. She has kept all lines of communication open with us whenever we have needed her. My first question at the end of Anatomy and Physiology was, “Are you going to be our teacher for our next class?”. As you are probably aware we were more than happy when she told us yes. We are glad that she will be sticking with us. She makes sure to break down the info to a point that we understand. We are grateful to have her.

I am a current student at CCI Training and I am in the Medical Administrative Assistant program and they have some of the best staff. From admission to the student success department they all care. Their are some that go above and beyond to ashore your success in your program. They are very accommodating for the most part, meaning if you are dealing with personal issues there are options available. Two of my favorite staff are Mr. Miguel Rivera who is the head of the student success department. Mr. Miguel has done everything in his power to help me when I was going through some issues with school and now I am more than halfway through my program. The other is Mrs. Cherylee Craft she is an instructor for the Medical Administrative Assistant program and she is another one that will do what she can to insure than you are successful. i highly recommend to anyone that is thinking about going back to school.

I have been attending this school since April of 2024 and so far the courses are very good! I have had the best instructor who is Mrs. Craft, and she is just wonderful! The whole staff is very helpful and is always there for support. I would recommend this school to anyone!

I was a little nervous starting over with a new career but CCIT Training Center made me feel welcome and calm. My teacher, Mrs. Sharper, has made it so wonderful to be an online student. She makes you feel like you're important and valued. She is the best teacher I've ever had in my life! I hope that more people can see what a wonderful, beautiful, intelligent, and bright light they have in her! Thanks to her my path is bright too!

I am currently a student with CCI training And it has been the most amazing experience that I have had in school as an adult. The online classes are manageable and the instructors are brilliant. They are truly helpful and very informative. I am currently in the medical program. And my instructor Mrs. Sharper is an amazing woman and advisor anyone would be lucky to have her as a instructor, mentor, and friend.
