I enrolled with Madison, Monroe and Associates yesterday. Nikki leading up to me enrolling answered all my many questions concerning the process and program. Nikki, provided many options and worked with my situation and most importantly budget. Nikki provided excellent communication and provided examples with stories from previous clients in similar situations. At this point I highly recommend Madison, Monroe and Associates. The firm has a great employee (Nikki). I look forward to seeing success from this process.

Very helpful until my bank account was hacked and I couldn't make payments. They turned into complete ugly people. They hounded me for payments, I ended up getting sued, and the companies they claimed they settled with were not paid. No one was paid after a year in the program. Just lied, took my money, and I was left to pick up the pieces. They put on a good front but make sure you check how much your payment is being used for their personal fees and how little is being made to pay your debt.

I stumbled upon this company thinking it may be just another loan consolidating company but i had a good feeling about it and it turned out my feeling was right! I worked with Emely Alvarez and i couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my situation! She was on top of everything, if she needed something i tried to get it back to her as fast as possible and she would always respond back quickly! I never would have thought that a process like this would work out so easily! Now i can get back on track with my life and start building great credit again!
