Excellent service, kind and courteous staff. Would suggest greater distance between cubicles to allow for more privacy and improve quality of hearing and being heard by your tax professional.

The company does an all around great job every year. We've been coming to the meighan Blvd. location, located in Gadsden, Al for several years. All the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. The place is clean and very orderly. But, the main reason I keep coming back is my favorite tax preparer Debra Mason. She has always done a five star job for my family. She's always nice, courteous, professional, and goes above and beyond for us. We love her great attitude, and she has great listening skills. We tell all of our friends to visit her

Debra Mason is awesome! She did and said all the right things, has a great sense of humor, positivity and presence... Like sitting with a helpful friend doing my taxes. I'm very frugal and do everything myself but I didn't mind a bit paying for this service.
