Expert Team Management has been a great company to work with! As the owner, I am always assured my asset is taken care of! When there is an issue, Mark and Angela are right on it, and always resolve things in the most professional and economic way! They make me feel like I am their only customer, as they spend as much time as needed to make sure I am happy. If you need to find a property management company, I would definitely take the time to check them out!

I would give zero stars if I can. Do not rent from these people. Angela Dickies is a miserable lady. If you have any issues big or small she will hire the best of the best to come out and you will 100% get billed despite it not being something you did. We had plumbing issues where feces was coming up the toilet, shower and baths and she billed us. Second time we reached out to a local plumping and noted it was related to the poor Plumping and building. AC stopped working overnight and the next morning was accused we didn’t change the AC filter when it was changed every month- was billed for that. My son and I were showering- two separate days and the shower walls literally caved in. We noticed in the garage there was spare shower tiles so assuming this was an issue with the previous renter- And the was BLACK MOLD. I had an elderly disabled women, an infant and a 13 yr old with my husband and I. My infant that stays in the room with us developed a persistent cough (another issue). She had a pool company come out after hurricane ian a week before we Moved out and drain the entire pool to acid cleaned the pool. My husband has been a pool tech for many years and says unless feces was in the pool that was an unnecessary charge. She had them refill the entire pool and two days later when the pool drained a bit refilled again. The pool guy left the water running from 9am until 630pm when my husband came home From Work. When asked the name of the pool company she refused to Provide the name of the company. We were left with a 700 dollar bill and text from her stating to not contact her again. Her boss was no help- Mark Everson. she sent us a written paper with how she’s going to spend our money and also requesting over 700 and something more dollars one band for interior painting, which the house needed to be long painted before we moved in and we do not smoke, I can go on, but I’m running out of characters. If you value your money, do not rent from these people!

I rented a house from the owner and it got transferred mid lease to this company. From day one Angela was a miserable human being to me and mine. Demanding pet Insurance on my non put bull dog ,claiming hes. A pitbull. I got a letter from my vet stating hes not a pit bull. Angela had problems with that. I had permission to install a fence had already bought the materials Angela made this not a option by refusing to give permission to the city despite having owner permission. She refused to contact by phone as I dont use email much and told her to delete my email address and call me. She insulted me on several occasions one day showing up at the house I rented demanding that every thing in the yard be removed and I had to pay for some reason. I contacted the actual owner of the house. He did not care. Do not deal with Angela she is a miserable human being who will lie. I asked when I would get my security deposit back she said she has nothing to do with it. It's been a couple weeks and still nothing. Bottom line is I was a paying customer treated like dirt for almost a year by this miserable excuse for a human being. Never once late on rent no problems or damage to the house. Left it in better condition than I moved in. Do not rent from this company

I located a rental on Hotpads and Angela Dickie responded very quickly to my request to see the home. She was there early waiting for me and very friendly and professional. She allowed me to take my time and gave me space to check the house out without lingering over me or any pressure. She answered all of my questions. I put my application in and she got right on processing it. Communication has been excellent!

Hands down the worst property management company in Cape Coral. Mark is dishonest. They will intentionally make up excuses to keep your security deposit once you are done with them. In our case we bought a home. In the end he made some extra money from us.
