I had a terrible experience with this business. I made an appointment weeks prior, and when I called and spoke to the receptionist about the free consult they advertise on their website, I told her I had questions about taxes related to starting my small business, and I explained exactly what my questions were. She said “Great - Bill can help you with all of that.” I arrived for my appointment and was asked to provide all of my personal information - including my DOB, social security number, daughter’s social security number, etc. I told the receptionist I wasn’t comfortable providing that level of detail since I was just there for a consult. She rolled her eyes at me and told me that was their process and I wouldn’t be seen without it. I added a little more information to the form and took it back up. I had a bad feeling the entire time. Bill came out and brought me to a room with a large table and sat behind plexiglass. I explained to him why I was there and the questions I had, and he began going over his fees with me. That was the only information he provided - how much his fees were. I love supporting small businesses, as I am small business owner too, but I feel that you need to be upfront with people. He told me they like to bring people in to discuss fees face to face. It was a complete waste of my time and I would not consider that a consult.
It was a very bad experience, overall.

Excellent CPA firm. The staff are friendly and Bill is a very knowledgeable CPA. He took care of my IRS notices and filed my business and personal tax returns with no issues. I refer all of my friends to get there taxes filed there.

I have absolutely no idea why this place has almost 5 stars it's horrible and I absolutely do not recommend. I thought this was a good place to do my taxes but at the end, I did not go through with it because of the horrible service that I got. When I got there, Bill took us to a conference room did not introduce himself was very cold and rude. He just sat they're staring at us, waiting for us to commence the conversation instead of introducing himself and asking why we were there. The whole thing was too short. He just took our tax documents and said I will get to this on Monday. Monday and Tuesday passed and I got no phone Call absolutely zero communication from them So I had to call and find out what was going on. The receptionist answered and said she would get back to me and they never got back to me so then I had to call them again later on that day and ask what was going on. Come to find out, they had not submitted my Income tax. On top of that, we came to an agreement that he was going to charge us a certain amount, and when I called, the amount was higher. As well as he was going to take the fee out of the return, but then when I called, he said that we had to pay out-of-pocket. Ladies and gentlemen, don't waste your time here horrible customer service and communication overall. I regret coming here now I'm a week behind in my Taxes.

This is my 2nd year filing with Bill and his team and I cannot say enough good things about him. I know nothing when it comes to taxes but he does!!!! He has saved me thousands of dollars. I used to go to H&R Block and since coming to Cape Coral tax & accounting, I’ll never go anywhere else!!!! So very happy with their services and he’s reliable. I know that after I get them the information, it’s in good hands. I wish more businesses ran this way.

Bill was excellent and we will return next year. I have tons of questions by nature and our taxes were complicated this year with Ian destruction. He made us feel comfortable that I understood as much as possible (I’m terrible at understanding this stuff). I appreciate his kindness and help deeply. Highly recommend.

When I moved to FL 3 years ago, Bill was referred to me by my sister and brother in law. He is professional, well organized and prompt. I used to have so much anxiety at tax time, but Bill has made tax time a drop off and pick time! Easy peasy with no stress. I’d recommend him to everybody - all year round.
