The hurricane came and so did the tornado on Oct 09, 2024. A resident of Bldg 33, it was a shocking surprise to see nature's power lash out to topple trees, ripping off the roof causing rain water to drip in, breaking sturdy benches off from their base. The next day, I spotted office manager, Ro Malhotra with insurance personnel at the parking lot examining the damage left behind. The team examined the water leakage inside the condo and with speed of service, everything was arranged to clear the properties of the damage. The arborist, roofing, electrical, cable, internet and electricity was all restored. It felt magical and beyond my highest expectation. Within a span of few days, we at Vista Royale could see how efficiently and promptly normalcy was restored, thanks to strong leadership by the management team. Thank you, Ms Ro Malhotra for being the face of bringing in stability after the storms.
