Working with Joe Ingram has been the best experience I ever had! Coming from the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant, Joe has taught me everything that I know now to be successful. He has taken me under his wing to ensure proper speaking etiquette, phone etiquette, sales procedures, appointments, customer service etc... he has given me the tools to succeed to become an Executive Fleet Manager for the current company that I work for now. If you have the opportunity to work with Joe and the BDC crew, I swear that you will never regret it. Joe is the BDC Genius! He breaks down the things sales people need to do to be successful to an absolute science. He has scripts for any objection you can think of, the perfect inbound phone call phone script to really nail down those solid appointments. I would recommended Joe's training for any level of experience in the business. His intensive training and follow up visits make huge differences that you see tangible results from. If you want new hires to hit the ground running and set appointments like a seasoned Pro have Joe be the onboarding specialist to have thing go right from the get go. Joe is my go to guy for anything follow up and business building related! In short EVERY dealer can benefit from having the BDC GENIUS come to town. Remember never say of course!

Joe and the staff were unbelievable. I had a “Marketing Company” set up my calls with the scripts they had written. My staff, like all staffs, didn’t like the scripts and they weren’t working. I connected with Joe, he came over and asked me some questions about my outcomes, talked to my staff, identified their personalities and how they best communicated, and looked at the process I was running.
Joe, went in my office and wrote new scripts that aligned with the way my staff communicated and trained them....and made them LOVE THE SCRIPTS. Best yet, for the next week we converted at 100% from opt-in to appointment. After Joe changed our ad script we averaged 80% conversion from his ads and scripts. Compared to the “Marketing Company” (ex-marketing company) converting at 30%. BDC Genius is a NO BRAINER.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Joe on multiple occasions. The amount of knowledge I’ve gained by even having a simple conversation has been HUGE. And wait till he pulls out the entire Bdc training book to teach you literally everything you need to know about sales. The call guides will help you overcome any objective. He isn’t like a Normal trainer either that comes in once and washes his hands of your after one visit.You have full access to him whenever you need help. Oh ya and did I mention you’ll actually have a fun time training with him! Paired with his knowledge of sales he makes it fun. It isn’t the boring training your manger forces you to go to. Just do yourself a favor and have him come NOW to train your team. You truly won’t regret it.
