I am an out of town service tech, I needed some poe switches on the fly... No best buy anywhere around.... Which i hate anyways, and office depot and staples both failed me... I called and receptionist told me they didn't either... Which I expected.... I hung up with her and got a call back... She said actually they did have what i needed! They saved my butt, and I were cheaper than any box store with quality products and business level! Thank you Mike! You got my business... And while there i got to see his focus on his residential type customers, bottomline very impressed and we should all always buy local!

I cannot even list all the good things I have to say about this business. I primarily use the apple ecosystem as it works better for what I use my devices for, and anyone else who does knows the premium apple charges to repair their products. However, I can easily say that I have been, and will continue to go to Computer Guys for all my tech needs. Every apple device I have brought here for repair has been fixed to the factory specifications in a VERY timely fashion. This is the best stop in town for fair priced, honest, high quality tech service.

I really appreciate that they do free estimates! Brought my heavily used and loved laptop in to find how what was up, which was about what I expected to hear. Also appreciate honest opinions about it not being worth it to fix it. Will definitely be bringing any future computers here when problems arise!

Once again Computer Guys have come thru for me . Just had Mike replace and add 7 new fans to my rig. He also went out of his way to clean the inside and out. Great service, Great Price, Very Happy

Been getting service here for years; has recently been bought; If you don't mind having your problem ignored, if you don't mind losing all of your folders, if you don't mind having 3 new programs for you to learn put onto your computer w/o permission-- this is the place to go.

I was camping at the state Park, working vacation, when suddenly my computer wouldnt boot up. I had the Computer Guy look at it, hoping to get my work computer up and running quickly. He told me the Motherboard had failed and I was looking at an expensive repair. Discouraged, I left and after my vacation, took my computer to my local computer tech person. Apparently it was the BOOT process or sequence problem and something was loose. My local computer repair tech person had it up and running in less than half a day, and the repair was under $50. Everyone makes mistakes and I'm sure the error code probably indicated an issue with the Motherboard, but is was not as big as he thought. Get a second opinion if you are told that your computer is done. I did appreciate that he did not charge for the estimate and his assessment.
