I was lucky enough that when I received a note from Mr. Kline in the mail I responded. When he asked me what I wanted out of the house that needed major renovations, he said that he had no problem with that. Not only was he responsive to my needs monetarily , but he assisted with finding another residence and also helped with manpower to help pack up a trailer to move. In addition he allowed for an extra 30 days after the closing in case I had problems in finding another place to move into. I could not find another buyer to extend more professional assistance than Mr. Kline and the One Putt Properties
