I've used Mr. Jones in the past for a minor tax problem. He and his staff were quite professional and helped resolve my problem quickly, but his was approximately 3 years ago.

I am in need of some advise on liabilities and withholding, so I called to schedule an appointment. First off, the receptionist command of English was poor, making it difficult to understand her. Second, she seemed to be annoyed that I simply needed advise. Third, she said they are not taking new clients and after I explained that I had used their services in the past I was told that was too long ago. Lastly, I was told to email Mr. Jones detailing my needs that he would respond if he wanted to advise me. I thanked her and said I will find an accountant that I feel wants my business.

I don't know if this is a problem soley in personnel or an overall change in Mr. Jones' business, but something changed dramatically from 3 years ago.
