The apartment I moved into was the filthiest place I have ever rented. Things were broken. I never had the apartment check-in with the manager. The apartment complex is very unsafe, drug's, homeless, and dogs. The Spectrum serviceman was attacked 3 times by tenants dogs. There is Poop and Garbage all over the apartment complex. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Moving out ASAP.

I have friends who have stayed at two different properties managed by TCock and the owners are slum lords. They take forever or just flat out never repair damage to the property…and if they do fix anything, it’s shoddy work that can best be described as lipstick on a pig. They have removed all greenery, cutting down trees and replacing grass with rocks…leaving the properties looking very depressing with zero street appeal. I would only recommend their properties as a last resort.

The Tcock apartments are SO HORRIBLE!!!! I am currently staying at one of their apartments, (so glad my lease is almost over) and There are roaches which disgust me, and they have not taken care of. It doesn’t rain here much, but when it does, there is leakage on every side of the freaking walls which ruin my belongings. If you are looking for an apartment, I would recommend looking somewhere else. Do NOT get any Tcock property management apartments you will regret it.

Tcock Properties is a great management company, they are very quick to fix a issue, also very affordable compared to other companies. They treat there tenants with patience and kindness.

This landlord is ok with crime and does no background checks. Also picking up after your dog is not enforced. Properties are not great and all trees/greenery cut down to make a very drab depressing place to be just so they don't have to do the upkeep. This is a slum lord .Caution.
