I would not recommend this company to anyone. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I filed a claim with their assistance in March 2024, and throughout the process, they displayed a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service. I had to constantly chase them for updates, only to receive no response or vague, unhelpful answers. They left me feeling ignored and unsupported during an already stressful time.

Their handling of my claim was riddled with issues, including inflated estimates and unjustified charges that led the insurance company to deny the claim during mediation. To make matters worse, they delayed essential services, such as installing a tarp to prevent further damage, for months, which only worsened my property damage. Their approach to mediation, which involved inflating costs and then strategically lowering them, struck me as unethical and manipulative.

To add insult to injury, nearly six months after mediation, I was contacted by a third-party tarp company stating they had not been paid by the adjuster company and were considering placing a lien on my property. This negligence on their part has caused me further stress and wasted my time as I now have to resolve an issue that isn’t even my responsibility.

If you are looking for a company that values transparency, professionalism, and effective communication, avoid this one at all costs. They made an already difficult situation far worse with their incompetence and lack of care. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Very happy with the work they’ve done for me and my family. Carelb was my agent and she was excellent in every aspect of the word. She walked me through the whole process and also went above and beyond in helping me get the most money possible. To have my roof fully repaired after hurricane Milton damaged it. She always returned my calls was very helpful addressing all my concerns. I recommend adjusters group especially Carelb to anyone needing to make any type of claim.

My adjuster was Carebl she was very professional and knows how to explain the whole process with her knowledge she made it such an easy process from start to finish. Was always available if I had a question and I appreciate everything she did. I hope not to have to use the services anytime soon but we live in Florida and hurricane season is around the corner so I will not hesitate to call her again for service...
