Brysen has helped me and my husband to age backwards! Literally... I have the photos and stats to prove it.

When I first started taking his classes at the beginning of 2023, I was using a body metrics scale that does a full body scan of all things weight, BMI, body fat, fat-free body weight, muscle mass, skeletal muscle, metabolic age and more. One thing that I really wanted to change was my metabolic age. I was calculating as older than I truly was based on my body metrics. I wanted to live young, wild and free and model a healthy lifestyle for our daughter.

After 1 year of training with Brysen I can proudly say that I have new fitness goals-- I want to get even STRONGER, because now I know I can! I've seen it! Over the course of a year, I have shed 10 lbs of body fat, my BMI is 3 points lower, I have 3% less body fat overall, and I am consistently hitting under my current age metabolically on my scale.

Look at the photos below to see the visible changes. The first two photos are from 2016 and the last two photos are from 2023. There is an obvious decrease in inflammation and overall happiness. Did you notice my smile is back?

Thanks to Brysen, we've been able to achieve all of our fitness goals while traveling full-time in our RV. We tune into the zoom classes 5 days a week, often times from a different location. Thanks to the virtual aspect of these classes, and Brysen's encouragement, we are able to live our best life on the road. We use minimal equipment- dumbbells, kettle bells, a bench, bar, yoga mats and occasionally bands.

We are so grateful for this virtual fitness community that Brysen has created and the education and expertise that Brysen continues to share with us daily.

I’ve been working with Brysen for close to a year now, doing both online private training and group classes, and it has been a game changer!

This is the first time in my life I’ve been able to stick with a fitness routine for more than a month or two. I really appreciate Brysen’s holistic approach to fitness. Joining Brysen's Group Fitness Classes was exactly what I needed to kick start my fitness journey after having a baby. I appreciate the convenience of working out at home, since classes are held via zoom. What's also amazing is he has all different fitness levels in class and is able to challenge each of us based on our individual capabilities. I enjoy the comradery and accountability of attending group classes. My favorite is when Brysen is cheering each of us on individually during class, challenging someone to lift a little heavier or hold that plank a little longer. I always feel better on the days we work together and it has continued to inspire me to be the best version of myself. He has given me the tools and confidence I needed to set an example of good health and fitness for my daughter!! Definitely try a class with us and see what it's all about!!! Before my training, I was pushing 340 lbs, my heaviest yet. With Brycen's help, I lost 80 lbs in a little over 3 months! I felt horrible about myself and did not have a healthy relationship with food. I had seen a few colleagues make significant changes with Brysen's mentoring, so I knew a change was possible.

The transition was more of a mindset than a physical transition. What needed to change was mainly my mindset and relationship with food, and Brysen helped me understand what my body was doing with certain foods, and how making simple changes could help me achieve my goals.

Now, I know what to eat, how much to eat, and what my body is doing with the fuel I put in. I have formed healthy habits, and my joints and body no longer hurt or feel awful when doing simple every day activities. I feel like I am able to get my young adult life back now. Hands down, one of the best investments I have ever made.

Brysen is the absolute best coach. I gained a significant amount of weight while pregnant and he didn’t make me feel bad or weak. He is encouraging but also pushes me enough to make me want to train harder and longer.
So far I’ve lost almost 40 pounds with his help!
I attend group classes but he also does one on ones. I typically have my baby hanging around me, so it’s nice that I can workout from my own along with a trainer who is understanding of new moms (he’s great with all ages but I can speak to those!)

I am so thankful for Brysen and his coaching expertise. I started training with him when I was still nursing my youngest kid. He was so encouraging as I dealt with all of the postpartum healing. He is so kind and patient. I was having so much fun in group classes and our one on ones all of the areas on my body I felt insecure about were disappearing and tightening but I was also getting STRONG and agile. He is well rounded in his coaching, adding in stretches, yoga, breath work and agility movements. One of the best parts being, with his guidance in nutrition and healthy habit tips I have so much more energy, my body isn’t achy, I sleep better and my anxiety and brain fog are at an all time low. I am still getting stronger but this is a life long enjoyable investment that is much bigger than a “six pack”. Thank you, Brysen!

Hard to say in a few words. When I started I was sick and painfully inflamed with type 2 diabetes and severe insulin resistance. Didn’t know what to do. Brysen introduced me to intermittent fasting slowly. And educated me on choosing carbohydrates with care, learning about ketosis little by little. the exercises were excruciating at first. Yoga was near impossible. But I stayed with it. Cravings disappeared. Got used to drinking water and coffee only in the mornings. Pressed into the discomfort as much as I could safely do. The results are amazing. I have a normal life. I have energy. No diabetes. Still struggle with understanding nutrition but every month that gets either better or I master a new skill. A difficult road back to health and age appropriate vitality, but now I have a quality of life I only hoped for. And my weight is 50 pounds down for two years. I could not be happier. Brysen is not only a trainer but an educator too. ❤️
