I’m so, so glad I came across this company. I can’t say enough good things from the very first call, to the actual indoor fungal assessment conducted and explained to me by Alexandria. I’d absolutely recommend to anyone who has any suspicion of mold issues or water event.

Very unprofessional considering what they charge.

I called about getting a mold test done. Instead of scheduling on that call, they said someone will get back to me. 2 days(!) later, I get a random text saying they would "love to possibly work with me" regarding my house. With no identifier of being AirMD, or specifics.

Because I get a lot of spam text regarding selling my house, and this looked like one of them, I asked what they meant by "possibly work with me", hoping they'd say they are AirMD or that they got my message about mold testing.

It's been 5 days and they have still not responded to me. Call, email, or otherwise.

I was in the process of purchasing a new home, my realtor had recommended Mold testing would be a good idea during the inspection period. i had a short time frame to work with. AirMD was able to get out to the property the same day and deliver results 3 days after. the tester was friendly and knowledgeable. The report was very detailed, i had some difficulty understanding all the information but when i called in someone was able to explain all the details of the report to me immediately. I would recommend this service to anyone purchasing a home and working with an inspection period.

We decided to get AirMD to do a mold inspection and glad we did! Christian is an excellent technician and pointed out spots that were suspect. He took the time to exlplain to us his procedure and how we can fix the situation in the future. Hurricane Ian left his mark in the form of water spots on our ceiling...mold on the attic side. Air quality measured also with lab results to follow soon.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt it necessary to write one on my experience with AirMD. I had a bad smell in my bathroom that wouldn’t go away. I called a restoration company and they recommended that AirMD come out and do an inspection.The AirMD tech noticed water staining on the back wall under my bathroom sink -turns out there was a lot of mold behind the wall. They sent me a complete report with results from the mold test and what to do to fix the problem. We had it fixed and now that awful smell is gone! Thank you AirMD for helping me I would definitely recommend you to anyone that has a mold problem.

AIRMD was very helpful and did an excellent job informing us of all the issues involved with the mold problem in our home. We feel much more educated and understand the steps we need to do moving forward and what to monitor. Our consultant addressed all of our concerns and the report was very detailed and included not only the technical aspects, but also explained in a way that I could understand. The employees and staff from airmd is very educated and polite. The technician was very thorough with the inspection of my mothers home. Air MD provided the worst customer service and proved to be another business with no ethics or morals. They did not do what they said they would do, did not have the lab report ready when they said they would, refused to answer any questions and left sick children to suffer in a toxic mold environment leaving many questions unanswered. We were forced to hire another company after they proved to be horrendous.
