Steve you’re amazing! What you do is so much more than coaching. I don’t even think “Coaching” does it justice. It’s hard to put it into words. I feel like what you’ve been able to do is see things in me that I don’t see, or are scared to see, or just have a blind spot about… and you push me outside of my comfort zone - slightly uncomfortable… and force me to think bigger and DREAM! It’s bigger than coaching. More like therapy / coaching / talking to a friend. I’m amazed that we only have had 2 sessions, and I feel like I’m going to be a whole new person when we get done working together.

My decision to work with Steve and the Greenhouse Team was not taken lightly, a personal financial investment with the goal of figuring out my next steps was non-traditional and required some convincing. I'm thrilled to say that it was well worth it, Steve and the Team guided me through an established process with proven success. Steve and Team were there even when I was negotiating my current role, reminding me to include my initial goals (flexibility, time off, volunteering considerations, etc.) in the employment agreement. I have been working with Greenhouse with Steve as my coach since early in 2023. I really wanted a coach that did two major things: 1. Would not just come with a cookie cutter approach to leadership and organizations but would listen, understand, and respond to the unique professional and personal situation I was leading from and 2. Would do more than just listen and ask me questions but would come with expertise, models, paradigms, etc. that would help me move forward. I needed someone to help me tangibly problem solve and level up my leadership and organization. Steve has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Greenhouse! The self guided work and the sessions with a coach have been a great mix for me. Trust the process. I like the approach and the perspective, experience and expertise the coaches bring really adds a ton of value to your development journey.
