I also had the pleasure of working for this amazing, young family business for almost 6 years. I was one of the first people they hired and I had the honor of helping Right Growth, grow right and almost quadruple in size from opening day due to their overwhelming commitment to greatness not just for their customers and clients but their employees too. I was just recommending to someone that they go apply for a job with Right Growth and when I told them of just a few of the things they do for their employees, I asked, "How often do you hear of a company who cares that much?" To which they said, "Never."
Unfortunately, I made some poor life decisions and wound up parting ways with the company several years ago. I still regret the way things went down but I love seeing them continue to thrive and I still tell people to contact them if they are looking for a good career job and/or if they need a quote for any of their shipping and accounting needs. I only came to the site now to send the link to a colleague of mine who is currently seeking new employment but I have to say it is quite funny to see my pictures still on the website. Gosh I miss Tiffany and leann and even Lyons so much right now......you too Dave.

Katrina at Right Growth Management is AMAZING!!! My best friend and I recently started up a jewelry subscription company and attempted to manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads all by ourselves. We are laughing now that we look back on how miserable we failed at that. We spent WAY too much money on Facebook ads in just a 3 day span. With Katrina, we saw multiple conversions within 4 hours of her running our ads. Even though we are only paying for her social media ad management services, she has gone above and beyond to do extra for our business.
