I have done 10 cost segs with DIYCOSTSEG. Their team has gone above and beyond and they do it at a fraction of the normal cost. Not to mention it is not that easy to do a cost seg on a SFR. I would highly recommend getting the insurance on your report. I cannot stress that enough. If you get questioned, you'll have enough to deal with.
