Beware of these people trying to get you default on "good standing" loans to save money on interest with no mention of it tanking the borrowers credit score while making payments to them instead of the creditor... tried to get my grandmother just now for 30k and she's 800+ beacon, thank god I got involved the next day to cancel

Edit: I also added a photo of the cover page you sent us with the docusign ID at the top, maybe you should check into what your staff is telling people out there. I can post more pics and the conversation if you prefer.......

I did send it to the Better Business Bureau already!

My experiences with DNS was good. They executed the negotiations, I think with in 2 to 3 months. I received emails when I needed to sign documents to get the payments going. I had 5 creditors in the services but I took one of creditors out of the program because I was able to pay it off on my own.. so if are in need of their services I do recommend them..paying off that debt has help me to feel at ease and not so stressed anymore..

I was hesitant at first to work with a credit negotiation service as I wasn't sure I wanted to spend two years or more to pay off my bills since that meant I would have to work past my retirement age. But I needed to get rid of so many debts before I could retire so knew this was a solution I should try. Once DNS paid off my first and second bills, I could see that their help really did work and that I needed to be patient.
