Karl was the broker on sale of Delray, Fla. condo. Karl was instrumental in getting our Mother’s Florida condo sold. We relied on his market knowledge to price and publicize the sale. He was always professional and responsive. He assisted us, at times personally, in having necessary repairs made, removing personal items and otherwise getting the condo into a condition in which it could be marketed and sold. Guided through craziness with knowledge and kindness. I am a widow and have moved away from the home I owned in Florida to Ohio. When I finally decided to sell the home, I was guided Karl by a mutual friend. I had purchased the property in 1984 before information became computerized so when many things the title company needed to know could not be easily found, Karl kept me informed and encouraged that things would work out. Everything they needed was finally found and it was time to move on. Next came showing the house and Karl was able to show it to several people in 2 days. I potential buyer was found quickly and then there started being complications on the potential buyers side. Karl and I both thought the house was a perfect match for them so he helped me stay focused and calm through 2 delays in closing. All I can say is that if I ever had to sell a house again or recommend a realtor to anyone, Karl would be at the top of my list. I can never thank him enough for all of the hiccups we went through and came out smiling.

Most Excellent!
This is not the first time that we have used Karl and his wonderful team for a real estate transaction. Karl is always very professional and courteous.
