Excellent work..
I needed help with software app that was for my laser setup.
He informed me that he'd knows nothing about using a laser. He attempt to install the app but my computer was not allowing the installment. He had to call the tech support, but they had not called him back.
So I allowed him to take the laser and it's components to his home. (He left my computer with me). When he brought everything back and started the software installment he had it up and running in fifteen minutes.
Not only had the one app up, but he had two apps installed for the laser that I can use.
Even though he needed to take the laser home for few days to figure out the problem. He did not charge me extra.

Scott was great to work with. He was incredibly upfront about what would be most cost efficient for me. Pricing is very fair and he works very efficiently. Does research about pricing and offered me a price estimate before any payments (for a broken screen LCD). On top of that, he's just a really cool and chill guy, very easy to talk to. He even offered to drop my computer off when it was finished, which I appreciated a lot because lyfting isn't cheap. I highly recommend and will recommend Scott to anyone who needs a computer repair. Scott did a great job helping me with my computer. I had a laptop that was totally destroyed, with cracks everywhere. Per my request, he spent hours taking my laptop apart to see if he could repair it and when he realized the cost to fix the computer would be more than the computer itself, he gave me guidance on where to find a computer with features that I wanted. He was able to recover and transfer all of my data to my new laptop and he only charged me 150 for everything (including diagnostic, and the time spent transferring data) which was cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. In addition, it only took him a day to get my new laptop to me, which was so appreciated.

Not only that but I work pretty crazy hours, and he was extremely flexible with meeting me to discuss my laptop. I really appreciated his flexibility, the low prices and the quick response times he had.
