I strongly recommend Staack, Simms, Reighard law group. I met Mr. Simms 20 years ago. He was representing my first x-wife. Although I had a good attorney, but I wished he was representing me too. After 20 years, my wish came true. As I was going through my second divorce, I discovered that Mr. Simms is still practicing law. I switched to him. He and Judy were awesome. My case started going timely and expeditiously. My calls were returned quickly, and my inquiries were answered promptly. we settled the case out of court and saved a lot of money, time and aggravations. I knew that I was in good hands, and I know you would be too.

I waited for quite a while to write this rating. And I will be holding many things back. 1st Mr Simms seemed more interested in the woman involved in the case then the child being with a dad that loved his kid. He Especially gaulked at the attorney of my daughters mom. Never did any background checking on What the mother of my child lied about. Especially drs!! Never asked the drs or ckd with any other drs to get 2nd opinions. I Wasn't granted to bring my daughter to any other drs. It was so unprofessional. I feel bad for any man that has this man for his childs guardian. He is anything but a guardian. Obviously couldn't hold his own family together but is in charge of how other families should be handled. He doesn't care about the children being with a parent that loves them especially if the woman is good looking. Wants to get paid and not for the hard work it takes to do the job he gets paid for. He is a disgrace for a guardian.
