We were referred to Claim Pros for assistance filing with our homeowner's insurance company after Hurricane Ian in Sept. 2022 damaged our Cape Coral home. We knew nothing about public adjustors, or even the idea that our insurance company would or could ignore or deny our claim, and Justin M. was professional and informative. We ultimately chose to file a lawsuit to force a response from the insurance company and finally settled almost two years later. Justin, and later, administrator Charles F. at the end of the process, were helpful and patient with finalizing the payment process to their firm. They were some of the few people in this whole ordeal who were reliable during an enormously stressful time. We are very grateful for the assistance of Claim Pros.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam DeJura on my case. As someone who had never worked with a claims adjuster before, Adam was honest, open, and very helpful. My insurance company ended up going insolvent, but Adam helped me with every question I had. The case dragged out because FIGA had to get involved, but Adam stuck with me and was super helpful, whenever issues came up with the payouts and the water mitigation company. We worked with Jesse and he was amazing! He was there from my first panicked call to the delivery of funds. Every step of the way he keep me informed of the progress, what steps were next, and what i should expect. He always answered my calls, day or night. My wife and I are more than happy that we skipped the hassle and signed on with Jesse Nelson. His professional service and immediate response to any question or comment that we had about our Hurricane Ian claim made us feel at ease throughout the process. He took the fight with our insurance head on and accomplished what I feel would have been a long and drawn out process for us alone, in less 5 months. The settlement we signed with our insurance is satisfactory to accomplish everything we need to get our home back to what it was, unlike the lowball offer we received first that wouldn't even cover a new roof. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team to anyone who doubts if it is worth paying someone to fight for you, because it definitely is. Jesse will be one of the first calls I make after the next storm (it is Florida after all)!!!

It's getting extremely unprofessional that we cannot get ahold of our adjuster. We tried contacting when our roof started leaking despite being tarped and never heard a word. Things are finally coming to an end thanks to a good attorney, attempted to contact him Tuesday and received no response. Scheduled an appointment for a phone call and did not hear from him. Called the office, they could not tell us why he blew off the appointment or reschedule.
