I highly recommend the expertise and services of SSCG! Their team brings a wealth of experience from the senior living field and will take the time to understand your community, areas of concern, and what you are hoping to accomplish with their services. I recommend taking a comprehensive approach by including a combination of phone and in person mystery shops. They truly deliver on providing you with valuable and detailed feedback summarizing their experience by presenting both positives and "opportunities to shine", with specific recommendations on how your sales team and community can improve and elevate the prospect experience, and in turn grow your occupancy! I also recommend their 1 on 1 sales coaching services. This process has been very beneficial in helping the sales team understand the importance of, along with how to create a more prospect centered experience and offering solutions and services accordingly.

Amy and The Senior Source Consulting Group did an outstanding job for us. They conducted a secret shopper study of multiple senior living residences on-time and exactly as requested despite the holiday season. The proposal process was quick and efficient. The finished product was polished, easy to digest and backed by all their research and supporting data. The work outlined multiple key issues for us to focus on and even included several go-forward strategies which were above and beyond the assignment. We engaged Senior Source Consulting group to do in-depth mystery shops and market assessments for a portfolio of communities I oversaw. Their approach is truly unique, providing a deep dive look at your community and your competitors from the customer experience point of view. They are able to gain true insight into the entire sales process from phone call to follow-up, community differentiators, price points including care levels, and much more, all from the perspective of how an actual prospect will experience the process. I particularly loved their recommendations and Bright Ideas – they clearly highlighted action steps that communities could take today to make a quick and powerful difference in gaining occupancy. Libby, Amy and the team are quick to respond, always deliver on time (or sooner), and worked with us in a creative way to test our theories about what was going on and bring back the specific, customized data that we needed to succeed.
