Great communications & fast to respond. Kevin went above & beyond in assisting us in getting house ready to sell. Only took a few days for him to get on the market. He and his assistant Chad were always available to us, assisted with business contact name and numbers in getting items fixed and we felt as if we were their only client.
House had many showings in the first week and two offers where made. Contract was created within two weeks! I would highly recommend Kevin Shelly Realty to anyone wishing to sell their house within the Bonita Springs or surrounding area. Kevin and Chad are fantastic!

Kevin and Chad were great! They kept us well informed of any showings and sold our home in under a month. Kevin worked especially hard to keep the sale of our home moving in between two hurricanes. He graciously checked on our home post-hurricane after we had already moved out of state and assisted the buyers with their needs to sell their home as well.
