Very understanding when I had family and health issues arise and I was a bit slow to have medical records released to them. Every so often they would gently remind me to do that as it would make the case stronger. I appreciate that they understood and were very patient with me.

I have spoken with several people from the firm and every single person has treated me with respect and dignity instead of being just another “case”. Easy to contact with any questions. Great communication. Quick to reach by text or phone. If a message was left, they communicated back to me in a timely manner.
