This company does not make you feel bad for a wrong swipe or two! I made some choice decisions a few years ago and have been paying for them until today! I am proud to say I’ve paid off my debt and didn’t feel less than whilst doing it! This company has been kind on the phone and the few times I’ve needed help via email. They have never been condescending or judgy as they just want to help. God forbid I ever have THAT much debt again…but if I do I will return here.

I was referred to Consolidated Credit by a trusted person and am happy that I contacted them and am using their services to help me pay off debt. I had been struggling on my own and love that they were able to negotiate a rate so that my balance actually starts coming down. The customer service is top notch and my payments make it to my credit card account just fine and timely.
If you really want to get out of debt, use their service. By doing so, I am committed to not only getting out of debt but also staying out of debt.

This company has nothing but incompetence and lack of credit knowledge.

They have caused me to have late payments of 10 30 day past due payments, which they were responsible for paying. They have made error after error and cannot seem to update and handle my account correctly. I now cannot refinance my house with lower interest rates, because of this incompetences.

They have made my credit worse and when I have tried to contact them, the blame me for their apparent errors and when I walk them through the issues and ask for them to just take care of fixing the reporting to credit bureaus, they twist my words and say that the creditors all say you are current. I am current because I myself, manually log in and make payments now and I am doing my own secondary credit plan by myself to pay off the creditors. I am going online and making extra payments and making sure that I get ahead, no thanks to them. If I don’t do online payments directly they don’t get paid right or on time. Why is it I pay them out of my hard earned money ? Why is it I now pay higher mortgage interest, because of a company who is not handling their relationship with my right? I wish knew the answer. This is the most ridiculous situation and uncalled for. They are not experts.

I absolutely have had so much success with them, and I am not even through the debt management program yet. I have a year and some change till I'm fully out of the woods of debt. I will say though my payments have become so manageable AND my credit score has already gone up!

Clients; this is Not a real Not profit, they take advantage of you, authorized unfearly by the government. They make tones of money out of you. And do not report it to the government as it should be a PROFIT. Employees: keep out of going to jail, there is so much scam hidden under this "Not for profit". Government: A company like this should not be classify as Not for profit. Employees are trained to lie, and hide the reality of this scam. Once they know you figure them out, they will find a reason to fire you.
