Cathy Rooney and Irene Fernandez are the most unprofessional ladies in CME management. Their replies to my emails has been rude all the time. How can a management company be so rude? I wish they my HOA did not have them as their management. All the reviews here are fake. I wish I could give them a zero.

Since the management responded below I'd like to add some more points to my review. Though this company goes by the laws and I agree that's good. There's a difference between adhering to the laws and making it an unpleasant experience. From the day CME management was part of our HOA we are dissatisfied. Not just us but many of the residents are dissatisfied with the overwhelming rules and policies of this company. I have pics and posts from the residents in the community but don't want to post due to each individual's confidentiality. This company should look into the needs of the homeowners than harrassing them by sending notices and warning emails again and again. Are you going to eradicate all the lizards,iguanas and other insects in Florida? No way this is Florida and this is the wildlife here. In the same way we do have the freedom to maintain fruit trees in our backyard. Period.
Florida statute 720.3075 states that HOA rules cannot prohibit a property owner from planting "Florida-friendly landscaping" Plants include fruit trees like cocoplum, avocado, fig, etc. The rules you guys enforce is against the Florida law.
Never did we undergo so much pain with the previous HOA!!!!

These people in the Boca Raton office are so rude and nasty. I would like to say they are racist as well. I purchased a fab 2 months ago for $50 and they refused to replace it and said I would have to pay for another one. So disappointed and disgusted by these people. I will be filing a report via BBB as well.

We have had three different management companies since I moved in. This is by far the best. Not even close to the rest. Extremely happy and highly recommend.

Was surprised at the 4.5 star rating, but with only 8 google reviews, I guess that's easy to achieve. My recommendation is for the owner to google Florida Statute 720 and learn a bit about professionalism and the statutes that mandate her business.
