I had an electrical issue that came up, and when I called in hopes to have a tech come out and fix the issue, they made time out of their busy schedule to take care of my needs. I know with this time of they year, getting a last minute electrician out is hard to do, but Bright Services managed to do so. On January 6 I called around 11 am or noon to have Bright Service Inc fix a bad outlet I had in my condo. I was amazed in how quickly they responded to my house. Right around 2 pm they were at my house addressing the issue in less than an hour they were done fixing the outlet plus something else with the breaker box. Since they were there I figure I have them replace a bad light fixture in my garage. Meanwhile I was at Lowes purchasing the new light fixture and made it home right when the electricians were still in my condo. The light fixture took about an hour but no more than an hour at most and they did an excellent job. The whole visit cost me about $465 USD. My advice would be for them to show a more descriptive invoice. A little more transparency. I signed agreeing to pay the amount shown in the invoice but I was confused on how the price built up to that amount. So nevertheless I will highly recomend this guys but first find out exactly what their hourly rate or prepare yourself to pay a lot of money.

Cameron was responsive and able to schedule our work quickly. The outdoor LED lighting has photo and motion sensors for the winter, which is great, and the indoor recessed LED lighting was installed quickly and professionally - we couldn't be happier with this work!

Placed about 8 calls in to the shop to try and get a generator hook-up installed. Left messages and got one call back that promised to call me back after they got back to the office, never happened. Shouldn't have to work to give someone your business. Went with another local family business and was treated right.
