My training with Elie went really well. The objective of my training was to learn more about gym equipment and what my body needs to be strong and healthy. Elie taught me a lot within one month and was always very flexible about when we would meet. His protein powder is also amazing!

I've been training with Elite Fitness on and off for 20 plus years. Elie and his team are top notch and will get you in top shape at any age. Elie knows how to train around injuries and does a thorough evaluation at the beginning. Best in Boca by far!!

Elite Fitness is amazing. I tried many diets and failed at losing weight at the pace I wanted to. They devised a diet for me and make me accountable. I had two training sessions per week that were so intense and amazing. I lost the weight in the amount of time that they had Told me. They kept their promises and I also I was able too Fulfill weight loss goals. They motivated me and assisted me throughout the entire journey. I lost 10 pounds in a month and if I ever had a question. About anything, Ellie was always available to me. I have only been training here for a short period of time but already see a huge difference in my appearance. My trainer had a lot of patience with me and really motivated me pushing me when I thought I couldn’t do more . He really educated me on every thing we were doing and overall just an awesome team.

This is the best training I’ve ever gotten. They make sure you are on your stuff & keep you accountable. Always pushing you making sure you’re there for your session & ready. You can always find cheaper but you won’t find results & you find this kind of team who cares about their clients like they do. I’m not leaving elite fitness anytime soon nicest staff ever as well.

I used to train with Elie many years ago and he was an amazing trainer and coach then. Life happened and I moved away for awhile. I came back and his business has grown tenfold since then. And I know why. He is the best. And he has a great staff that train exactly like he does....not only with results oriented prescriptive lifting programs, and individualized diets, but as a daily coach with you 24/7 via text if you like to help you make the right choices and stay on track. Every day, reliably, with good humor, friendly smiles, and constant caring and involvement, Elite Fitness is there for me and for all their clients, helping motivate and move us toward our goals. If you're having trouble getting there....they are the way. Problem solved.
