Special thanks to Vanessa Sanchez for being an amazing representative of this company. She was helpful, patient, kind, and understanding throughout an unusually lengthy process of getting a rental through a certain North Bay Village Condo Association (who continue to be problematic but this is not the fault of Cosmo Management). The rental market is extremely competitive right now and it is difficult at best to get one secured in a reasonable amount of time. Vanessa aided me greatly in my endeavor to get my customer into their new apartment and I appreciate her efforts very much!

I have never in my entire short career of 4 years ever encountered such unprofessionalism. I have been trying to purchase a property they are representing. The first question of the listing agent Emmanuel was if I were to seek a commission since I am a realtor-buyer. From the moment I replied yes he seized all responsiveness to my calls and texts, instead of trying to negotiate, which may indicate he tries to keep the commissions in-house, which is a conflict with the owner's best interest. I was allowed to view the property after repetitive tries with his office, and after presenting an offer I have received no replies. I had to find the owner's information myself and contacted them, asking them to tell their realtors to reply to me, which at that point they have. After losing to a better offer, I have received a text from the listing agent, probably a blast text, offering me to present an offer before it goes to the market, which I have. I tried to get confirmation of receipt and ask questions though again, once they realized it was me they stopped answering me. I managed to get to his office and the moment I said my name the hung up the call and a few minutes later blocked my phone number. What they are doing is against the owner's best interest, and could indicate an abuse of power over an owner that lives out of the country, away from his supervision. I honestly couldn't choose a better description than - disrespectful, unprofessional, who give a horrible name to realtors.

The owner is a scam artist. Please watch out.
They are completely incompetent and and want to charge for concierge service. They call themselves project managers who go around opening doors to contractors. Without supervision, the contractors in turns do more damage than to fix any thing.
I discarded the Google review for they were recommended by a good friend. No sooner than I signed up with them, I realized that they were the bottom feeders and that if there was a negative rating, I would be glad to give them that.

They were not scared when my lawyer called for they knew that they could hide in many other entities including a "fake" broker behind a fake "Investment group". They even "co-owned" or get a large cut of the contracting companies which they would push to do the work for you. They charged for the management fees on top. The managers are nothing but pushy salesmen who knows nothing about construction, nor management.
