Remax bought my place I’m renting and both companies completely cannot communicate. After months of buying this place the property manager Edwin budd put a notice on my door saying that my animals are out of lease and I need to pay $600 for a pet fee and fee of unauthorized animals when I have proof of having animals in my old lease they were sent over, as well as proof of paying a pet fee. He was also very rude by pounding on my door, which woke up my young child from her nap, to let me know I have a notice there and to explain very rudely what I needed to fix. Which included one trash bag I had just put there since the dump is closed the day they came by. If he was nice and polite about any of it, I wouldn’t have too much of a problem but coming to me with a rude attitude and completely just telling me I’m wrong about everything put me in a sour mood. At the end of my lease I am moving and never renting or using them for realty again. The lady who did answer the phone and heard me out though was very nice and understanding. I apologized to her about my yelling and bad attitude and I wished I could remember her name.

If I could use no stars I would. Kendra Ford and her husband Daniel are very unprofessional and took almost an hour to get to the house to do do an “appraising” tour which turned out to be the most disrespectful experience of my life. Undermining the intelligence of someone because you think you’re better than them is beyond me.

We are happy we chose Karen Cunningham to list all of our rental properties in Citrus County. She is knowledgeable, competent and very responsive. We never had a problem getting in touch with her when we had questions or comments, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her and her team.

Bobbi Miller is the most disrespectful person I know of. She sent a home inspector to my house on a holiday. She sent people to view my house on weekends at 8 o'clock at night without her showing up. Never call to say other inspectors were coming. You can't depend on anything this lady says because she is only worried about collecting her commission. Then she says she is a religious person. You can decide that yourself.

I am very pleased. Bobi Miller has all the patients to make things go easy. When I was stressed she calmed me down fast. She is very professional and knows her business . Bobi truly cares about her client's. I will Highly recommend her to get the job done. So if you need an agent she's the one. Listen to what she says and not others and she'll get it done.

DO NOT rent from Kathi Anderson Moore....she doesn't fix a damn thing, and due to the storm I was two days into my grace period to pay the rent she put a notice on my door. Not even months behind rent. Tina is her assistant and is always rude, laughs and leaves unprofessional messages on your voicemail. 🙂 and their apartments are infested with Roaches. Im not a dirty person, I've asked everyone that lives there and there bug everywhere.

The absolute worst property management company I have EVER done business with. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing and rarely ever take care of issues that they are PAID to handle. I would never use them again. It would have been easier self renting.
