Long version: CLS technology was highly recommended to me by a local business. I wanted something very specific for my home network and Scott worked within my constraints. He came out to see what I wanted, put an itemized quote together for me, which he was happy to modify after I changed my mind a few times. We had many back and forth conversations to answer all of my questions. We chose a day and he showed up as promised and delivered a very clean installation. There was an accidental damage to my dry wall which he acknowledged and returned the next day to repair (perfectly). There was also a hard drive failure within the first few days (it happens) due to a heating issue because of my specific setup, which he quickly replaced with a better drive and included some extra cooling hardware to make sure it wouldn’t happen again, at no extra charge! I highly recommend Scott and will definitely remember him for any future home or business technology needs.
