If you are looking for someone to get the ball rolling on your next move, Jackie is the one.

Her level of professionalism and thoughtfulness translates into a solid working plan to not only get you into a place in a timely manner but also to make sure you have everything you need and that you're happy with everything.

She has a professional maintenance team to meet your needs and especially after Hurricane Milton my residence suffered damage. Jackie moved so fast to get the damage taken care of so that I could get back to normal everyday life.

It's not easy to find people that care but Jackie does, and she does not just rent you a place and run away.

* Hurrican Milton did some damage to my home and as soon as the roads cleared Jackie set up the repairs and got things back to normal again, thanks Jackie 🙂

Jackie is a fellow property manager who has ALWAYS been more than willing to share her knowledge, and point me in the right direction for good workers. I have tried a couple of her recommendations for workers and been very satisfied with the quality of work they've done. I have found her to be VERY professional and Honest in the dealings we have had..... as well as always willing to help me solve the problem. If I were looking for a property manager she'd be one of my first calls!

Jackie has been our property manager for more than 18 months, she is excellent at taking care of my property, informing me promptly and keeping great tenants in the home. I have now been through both hurricanes Hellene and Milton with damages and she was outstanding. I highly recommend Jackie!

I can think of many compliments to say about Jackie, but the one thing that I can say is that she makes being a Property owner a breeze. If you have any fears of renting out your property or if you have a hard time finding good reliable tenants you need a property manager that will take care of your business like it is their own. Although I have know Jackie for years and we were friends first, when it comes to the property management, Jackie is all business. I only wish I had more property for her to manage. Jackie is also very resourceful, if you can't do your own repairs and cleaning like we do, she has people to take care of repairs and cleaning for you. Why sell when you can rent it... Thanks Jackie!
