I wanted to share my experience with Wender regarding my taxes from last year in 2024. While many of my friends received their refunds within two weeks, I found myself waiting over four weeks without any updates. Eventually, I received a letter from the IRS stating that some of the information he submitted didn't match their records, which caused a delay. I had to verify some details, and it took an additional month and two weeks before my refund was processed.

Additionally, I found communication with Wender to be a bit challenging. I often struggled to get responses to my phone calls, texts, and social media messages, which left me feeling a bit overlooked. During the filing process, it seemed like he was managing multiple inquiries at once, which affected the overall experience.

While I appreciate the work he does, I believe there may be room for improvement in communication and responsiveness. I would recommend exploring other options that might better suit your needs.

If I can give 0 star I do that because he don’t deserve even one star. He stole money on my taxes and NOW HE NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS, TEXTS AND IRS SAID THAT HE DO NOT FINISH MY TAXES YET WHEN I GIVE EVERYTHING BEFORE FEBRUARY!! IM GOING TO CALL IRS TO REPORT HIM
