This business is the most affordable way to travel long or short. My second time this month. The seats were comfortable with outlets for my phone. The A/C was perfect to so I was able to sleep during my trip. I highly recommend this service to everyone who wants to travel without the hassle of driving. The driver was 1st class.

The recent trip I took with them was advertised as a partner bus with the same expectations of comfort. However the leg room on the bus was unacceptable. I compared the leg room in my seat to my 10 inch iPad and there was only 7 inches of leg room. The person sitting next to me was short and skinny and even his knees were completely cramped against the seat in front of him. In addition, water was leaking from the ceiling above my seat the whole 7 hour bus ride. I attempted to contact them last week and was told I’d hear back within 24 business hours and still haven’t heard back from them. Very uncomfortable experience. It appeared as tho the leg room in my seat was much less than the leg room in the seats next to me. I even tried to check if the seat in front of me was reclined back and it wasn’t. All of the seats are supposed to be the same on that bus. Hopefully someone can contact me and offer me some sort of compensation, because had I known this was the experience I was going to get I would have went with greyhound instead, which is half the price.

I was terribly delayed by traffic for my bus and clearly was going to miss it.... I was in touch via WhatsApp with two excellent representatives who were both kind and very helpful in giving me options. Iur especially was helpful to give me a voucher for another time, for which I was very grateful. I really appreciated RedCoach's responsiveness to my dilemma. Great customer service!

The actual bus ride is good. The company has grown over the years and is is providing a much needed service. Sometimes the bus either leaves before the allotted time or doesn't show up at all; I'm figuring because of low ridership at that time of day on certain days. Customer service fails royally at those times and refuses to make it good by the customer. I'm all for a growing business, I hope the customer service will grow along with the ridership. Thanks for the service you provide.

As a visually impaired rider who also rides with someone who needs a scooter to transport. I can say they were more than accommodating. My trip was from Orlando to Tallahassee and the same back and it was smooth sailing both ways. Drivers were patient and nice and the toilet actually worked in both buses unlike other companies. I would recommend and will be using them again real soon!
