Many thanks to At Cause Law Office. Adelina was amazingly helpful in setting up a Qualified Income Trust for my brother in law. Everyone in the office was exceptional. I found them online and took a chance that they would be a good fit. I especially love the fact that they don't nickel and dime you. They charged a flat fee and spoke with me whenever I called. I don't live near their offices and everything was handled by phone or email. I will definitely use their services again.

My brother and I are VERY happy with the service we received! Our parents recently passed and not knowing that the county mandates a probate lawyer be used, we were on the hunt for one. Many people told us not to use an hourly lawyer, but to look for one with a flat fee. We interviewed quite a few. There was no question we were going to choose atCAUSE! They took care of all of our needs, and not having to worry about an invoice for each discussion, document, bill, etc.. They took care of everything!

I used atCAUSE to handle an out-of-state property probate in Florida. I wasn't sure how long it would take but they accomplished it in a matter a weeks. The staff is very professional and friendly. Everything was handled with no drama or needless delays, as can happen with other firms. I am very happy with their service and would definitely use them again for other legal matters.

My attorney was Abby. She was unbelievably kind and informative. Everyone at the office, from the front desk to the attorneys, were so sweet. They handled the case quickly and also gave me a discounted price due to it being an easy case. They didn't try to gouge me and were very honest. Definitely recommend reaching out to them if you need a down to earth, honest attorney to get the job done.

Ashley and her team did a superb job of getting me and my loved ones through a very difficult time. They helped us set up our wills, Lady Bird Deed for the property, and all the legal advice and paperwork we needed to prepare, AHEAD OF TIME, for the normal end of life actions needed for environmental preparations. In other words, our commitments were all covered and questions answered so when the worst happened I was able to handle everything predictably and with minimal stress. And that meant a LOT. They start out by saying they are the home of the non stuffy attorneys. We hired them for probate. They called us everyday until we paid everything upfront and then we heard nothing the entire process. Would not recommend this place at all.

Due to the prompt response I received, I am giving this law firm 2 stars. Although many of my legal questions regarding a probate issue were answered, I almost paid thousands of dollars in upfront fees that I would never have been able to get back. At one point when I was asked to rate the importance of my issue, a light bulb went off and felt as if I was being pressured to sign the retainer along with sending a large payment. Throughout my career, I have dealt with many attorneys and never have been asked to rate the importance of legal business, nor have my clients/customers been asked that.
After consulting with a few law firms, it was brought to my attention that many legal cases do not require an upfront fee, and certain fees are obtained after services are rendered.
PLEASE make sure you ask lots of questions and consult with more than one attorney prior to making a decision on who you are going g to hire. It could save you thousands!!!!!!
