Carolyn Carter is a no-nonsense professional. She is direct, thorough, and knows what she is doing, always aware of the latest changes in the rules and regulations. She got me some refunds for previous tax years where my previous accountant didn't even notice I qualified for discounts, and even noticed that I never registered for homestead exemption (something that my previous accountant also missed). With Tampa Bay Tax Pros my taxes are finally in good hands.

Tampa Bay Tax Pros is a very professional tax company. They treat you with personal service and respond immediately to any questions or concerns you might have. Carolyn is extremely knowledgeable about business and personal taxes and I found her knowledge of the current tax laws very helpful. I have highly recommended her to several of my friends and family members.

Beware of Tampa Bay Tax Pros. Carolyn Carter is not experienced when it comes to in-depth work and is sadly a racist. All she cares about is getting paid for her services, even though she does not do anything but plug in numbers. She is unwilling to help her customers get the best refund and is down right rude. If you can find another person to do your taxes I will suggest you do that.

At first Carolyn is very nice once she hears you are going to use her for her services. But as she goes through your taxes she becomes very dismissive of your advice and is very unprofessional. She is unwilling to help you. All she cares about is the money you are paying her instead of getting you the best refund. I would stay away from this place. I recommend that this place get zero stars in my book if it were possible. It is so sad how Carolyn has all this so called knowledge about taxes but chooses not to use them for your benefit. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else to do your taxes. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carolyn helped me file my taxes and get my 2019 taxes filed from the agency that wouldn't return my phone calls. I received a confirmation that they had been accepted and my refund was in the mail. I will use her for my taxes in the future.

Husband called to get a quote on how much it would cost to have our taxes prepped. Spoke to the manager, Carolyn, and she asked what kind of business we own... as soon as he mentioned what kind of business, she said, “yea I’m not interested in doing paperwork for a car dealership. Have a great day.” And then hung up before we could say anything else...
We haven’t officially opened the car dealership yet so it really would not have been that much paperwork to do.
She could have said ANYTHING else but she chose to be very rude. I really don’t recommend them. That was very unprofessional and could have been handled differently.

Carolyn is not a good person to have as the face of your company.

Also, while looking upon all the other bad reviews, it looks as though you guys don’t want to take responsibility for your unprofessional management. We don’t have to be your clientele to leave a review, because your POTENTIAL clientele is already being spoken to in an unprofessional manner. I don’t need any help regarding this. My review is only to warn future clientele. Thanks.
