I owned a portion of a small office building, and we have used Maureen and Communique for the full 6 years I was there. I was an active board member and had regular communication with Maureen regarding all of the board's business, finances and all of the various issues and things that just come up over the course of years of owning and maintaining a building. She has been an excellent resource and member of the team the entire time. I think I speak for the other owners when I make that comment as well, we all felt like she was part of the team and had our best interests in mind at all times. I would highly recommend Communique and Maureen based on my experience!

She created a 2024 budget with option scenarios so the Board could review and select one that meets all of our needs. I've been a certified board member of my condo association for 8 years. I was trying to help my parents with an issue they were having with their HOA (0 notifications and occasionally accessing the back of the property without request, obtaining a review of financials since their fees increased ~50% without proper notification via mail, pretty standard HOA business).

Every person I've talked to on the phone acted like I was an inconvenience. Apparently updating/reviewing the bylaws since 2011 is also an inconvenience. I got some made-up excuse about how I can't access documents even though I know I just need a form filled out as this is my legal permanent address as well.

Maureen has such extensive knowledge and experience managing associations! I don't know how our HOA would ever get by without her. They're trying to put a lien on my property somehow last year's $400 payment didn't get paid tried to pay it this year and they wouldn't let me pay because they're trying to get me out of my house! The lawyers fees for sending out certified letters that no one at this address has signed are almost as much as the two years of dues ! I went to go to the management office in person today and their address is a PO Box in a plaza a half a mile from my house !!! It's been brought to my attention that it's race related!! I'm seeking counsel this week ! I have 3 lawyers that are foaming out the mouth to take this case!!!

I and my fiance, THERESA LAIACONA RESIDE IN HIDDEN WATER HOA, ENGLEWOOD, FL. HAVE REACHED OUT 3 CONSECUTIVE TIMES TO TALK TO MAUREEN PRPOERTY MGR. ONLY TO BE SIDESTEPPED BY HER RECEPTIONIST. WHO TRIES TO CONVICNE ME AND MY FIANCE SHE'S OUT OF THE OFFICE. I UNDERSTAND THAT SHE'S BUSY, WE ARE DESERVING OF A RETURN PHONE CALL. There are only 8 homes in our hoa, 5 of are on the board of directors, 3 home owners are not on the board. 2 reside here, one out of the country. Plus there's a new president as of 2023 we have no possible communication w/her. The only 2 resident's that are very helpful. Tim Reynolds treasurer, and Robin Bosnak. MY FIANCE THERESA LAICONA IS COMPLETELY DISABLED . THERE IS NO REASON WE'RE TREATED LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY HER. WE PAY OUR DUES. WERE NOT GETTING OUR DUE BACK.
