I dropped my laptop off for an easy fix on a Monday morning. I was told they would call with a quote to fix. 7 DAYS later, I called them and asked about the status of my laptop.

The lady at the desk told me the "laptop guy" wasn't there at the moment but he would call that night or Tuesday morning. No call that night or Tuesday.

Finally on WEDNESDAY afternoon, 9 DAYS after dropping off my work laptop, I returned and ask her to let me have the laptop as I needed it for work and it had been 9 days without so much as a quote. She fumbled around trying to figure out my account details and repeatedly asked me if I was someone else.

After a few minutes, she found my name and went into the back room and retrieved my laptop. She laid it down and said, "there you go". No apology, nothing. Customer service is simply dead in today's world. Unbelievable.

The fastest place to get electronics fixed! I brought in my HP computer with a cracked screen and was impressed by how quickly they scheduled me. They called when the repair was done and offered transparent pricing. Even though my computer is a bit older, they provided honest recommendations for extending its longevity. Good turn around time. Greg took time to call & discuss findings and solutions. Cost was reasonable. Just didn't know it would take additional time for laptop or other local sites to acknowledge my email addresses & passwords. Some emails had to be put back in.
