Three generations of my family, including me, have been using Accurate Tax & Accounting for 5 years. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and always willing to lend a helping hand. My family and I have used William(Bill) Fox as our accountant for our taxes and we cannot be ANY happier. He is SO friendly and his knowledge of the tax system and other areas related to finance is nothing but AMAZING! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Jack didn't file our taxes for 2022 like he said he did. He even said he set up a payment plan with them. But the IRS has zero record of it.

Accurate Tax is not what I would name this company. "Hack Tax" may be more like it. I have heard two horror stories now about his location and have one of my own. I will first start with mine. Last year, I called in November (note- not during busy tax season) to set up an appointment to meet with someone to discuss services. As someone who owns a successful business and have for several years, I am highly disappointed. I have managed my company in several states and higher end cities than Belleview but I thought "what the heck. I will try instead of going into Orlando" trying to support a local business. I called 4 times to get an appointment and my call was never returned. My company nets (not grosses) over $180,000 a year and I was willing to pay for good service (and Accurate). Certainly, that is not as much as some businesses but better than many in this county.Needless to say, I went elsewhere.
When my fiance told me he had gone to your location, I was disappointed but he assured me everything would be ok. It was not. Not a huge surprise. Please see James Heruth's 1 star review posted. We will both now go above and beyond to mention this "Hack Tax" experience to everyone. Please feel free to email me for proof or clarifications. -Kim Harac

Worst Tax Place Around!!!! Use turbo tax

A story you won’t believe.

1)My 2019 tax return that was done by your business was kicked back and not filed. I tried to file through turbo tax my 2020 and was unable to that is how I found out. Which should have been corrected by Accurate Taxes or at least notify me. It took me to point out Their error.

2) Accurate Tax efiled my taxes with the incorrect account number for my bank!!!!!
For some reason your business felt that some of the bank routing numbers were optional…. Seriously!!

3) They then had my tax return sent to the wrong address , which the correct address is on my license. For some reason their business sent my tax return to the house I sold over 2 years ago!!!

4) Now Accurate taxes has me tracking down my taxes that THEY filed incorrectly by calling IRS numbers that do not work, and then calling the post office to track down my mail from my old address.

Please step up and figure this out. This whole experience has been a nightmare. You incorrectly managed 2 of my tax returns in 2 years. If anything I want my $200 dollars back you charged me.

Your business is unprofessional and it is sad that I had to go through this. Trust me the last thing I want to do is call you for help.

Please figure this out and call me when you know where my tax return is.

Update…. Just got a call from Accurate Taxes. I was screamed and cursed at for writing my review. Jack wanted me to come down and “be a man”. As a county employee and an educator I found this to be very offensive and threatening. Why would somebody call your personal phone number and scream and curse at you and then coax you into getting in trouble. Sorry Jack your business practices are not worth my teaching career. When I said call me when you have my taxes I meant not to call and curse and yell at me.

Another reason NOT to use Accurate Taxes.

I cold called them & needed to get a few letters for the bank so that I could get a mortgage loan & they were nothing but professional the entire time. Even though I probably wasn't as easy to deal with as I should have been. I definitely recommend Accurate Tax.
