After talking to twelve different companies to wrap my head around the concept of SIRS and the Milestones, Team Complete came out on top. No, they were not the least expensive. They were the most professional and knew more about the process than any other company interviewed.

The way TC compiled the information is phenomenal. The presentation of our building condition and path forward were easy to understand. The report and maintenance schedule created for our building was comprehensive. All future building repairs will have exact specifications in the Request For Proposal (RFP), as this was included in the TC reports. No more bid responses with guesstimates; creating an efficient bid process for all.
