Fantastic real estate advice and free? I was a little skeptical at first but then realized after reading through all of Ricky’s material, listening to his podcast and joining in on his live YouTube training that this guy is the real deal! I found Ricky online. I am currently following his steps and taking his zero to diamond course. I am already feeling more confident that i will be able to become a fulltime agent in the next few weeks after i close on my next deal. Until I found Ricky I wasted money on TF coaching and other paid coaches. The thing I like about Ricky is he cut through all of the other clutter of information and got right to what needed to do--talk to homeowners!
