I went to this place to amend my taxes from 2015 it cot me 150$. My amended taxes were handed to me and I was directed to mail them out to the IRS. I got a letter stating that my amended return was not signed. When I called this tax prep service to let them know I was treated like I was a lier and an idiot and they acted as if they told me to sign and I had not.. mind you if I was able to do my own taxes I would have clearly I was looking for direction. Now this error on their part has delayed the process even more and they made a good amount of money to just fill out form properly for me and then treated me poorly when I had an issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
