Here's the thing about this place. If you are a farm worker and you want a job, can you knock on the door and they let you in, and you say "I'm a farm worker and I want a job," And then they send you to this address for Duda farms. And you get to the address and the man at the little building tells you that it's not at that address, that it's another address 4 miles away, so you keep going down the road, with dust everywhere, and then you get there and there's a little man sitting on the porch very well dressed but not very polite. And then he gives you the address, no the phone number of another guy in charge of HR who is a little more friendly. And he tells you that it isn't possible to switch from a visitor visa to a H1A visa, you have to go to Mexico first And cross the border like everyone else. The whole process is very disappointing. And not very productive when you think that they need farmworkers now and there are visitors who could jump right in and be productive.I guess the little man sitting on the porch must've had a hard day. Or he needs to take friendliness training.

While I was at the farmworkers council office. I met a very nice person named Jessica, she was very kind. So if you see Jessica, tell her thank you. But if you see the little man on the porch at do the farms, suggest a book by Dale Carnegie, "how To Win friends and influence people."

Made a call to get information but didn't like the way they answered me.I call like around 8:45 am and ask information but I was told to call back at 9 am because the business it's open until 9. (In my head im like if yall open until 9 why did they pick up the phone)but i just said okay I'll call back,so then I call back at 9:30 and once again I said I'm just calling to get information on something but the women that answer sounded so racist so I don't understand why do they have someone like that there it's a farmworker conccil it suppose to be an office to help people no to be racist with the people !!!😠
