I had a complete Estate Plan done at the Life Planning Law Firm of Kevin Pillion, and, I could only think of superlatives when describing my experience. In spite of the seriousness of the personal issues I discussed with Kevin, It was a fun and pleasant experience until it was fully accomplished. This attorney knows the complexities of planing the rest of your life and yet the process seemed simple and to the point. Kevin has personal experience about the subject and his sense of humor injects levity and compassion in what is an often emotional task. He and his staff are very well organized which helps a lot. He asks the tough questions to consider or decide, so that, nothing is overlooked. Even my son approved of my choice to hire Kevin.
I felt confident and well prepared for the future when the planning was completed. I highly recommend Kevin Pillion and his Law Firm. He is the best in Sarasota and probably the most affordable especially in view of the quality and thoroughness of his work.

Kevin Pillion is wonderful to work with. He made what was a very complicated process, in getting our estate plans established, so much easier. Now, we have a very comprehensive plan in place. Kevin, not only worked with us, but he included our financial advisor in developing our estate plan. He even took the time to meet with our son, so he would have an understanding.

Kevin Pillion delivers top notch professional assistance dealing with the complexities of wills and trusts, especially for those new to Florida's laws. Having employed the services of other "Elder Law" specialists, I was truly fortunate to have been referred to them,
They are an extremely professional and well informed firm.
They provide expert advise on the most efficient and effective solutions to specific circumstances.
They assisted me with the creation of a Trust, Powers of Attorney as well as a Last Wills for my parents.
They meticulously took the time to understand our situation very carefully before advising on recommendations and creating all the required documentation and instructions.

I highly recommend the services of Life Planning Law Firm. Attorney Kevin Pillion was exceptional in listening to my needs, informing me of FL laws, and developing an Estate Plan, including a living will, a will, a Power of Attorney and a Trust. The documents were completed in a timely manner and then reviewed and explained to me in detail. Additionally when I was 1500 miles away and needed an immediate change in my POA and Co-Trustee, Kevin overnighted revised documents to take care of everything. He and Shannon are exceptional in their professionalism, understanding, courtesy and kindness. I would not hesitate to seek their counsel should I need it in the future.
