If you have a desire to help singles and couples with their relationships, I highly recommend that you talk with RCI about becoming a relationship coach. Their program is top notch (taught to ICF standards) and includes mentoring, done for you client exercises and marketing, and much more. Classes are live and followed by labs where trainees practice their skills. Lots of practice is key to becoming an effective coach and you'll do plenty of it here! Reach out for an introductory conversation -- nothing to lose and much to gain!

I could not have better things to say about RCI. I knew RCI was where I'd receive my relationship coaching training for 10 years before I actually pulled the trigger. If timing was on my side from the beginning I would have enrolled then... they provide you with training, resources, curriculum for starting your business, templates for building your business. The instructors are phenomenal. David and Darlene aren't just the founders but are active in your success during and after graduation. I graduated in Aug 2023 and launched my business Jan 2024 and quit my full time job in May 2024. That is all thanks to what RCI has offered and me taking advantage of it all.

Joining RCI was one of the best decisions of my life.

I got certified about 7 years ago. The training was profound and I was well equipped to start my practice and sign up clients.

I have been a student at RCI for just over 2 years now. The reading materials are excellent, and the done-for-you programs are also excellent. The instructors too have been extemely knowledgable and supportive. Joyce, the Administrator is super-attentive and her monitoring of student progress has been invaluable. The one concern that I have is that the path to certification is unclear. Prospective students should fully inquire into that if certification is one of the attributes you are seeking. Otherwise, not only will you learn an abundance of valuable information but you will be given tools that can help you apply this valuable education immediately.
