Our son has been training with Process for the past two years. The environment is welcoming and supportive for kids of all ages to come and work and improve. The coaches are fantastic. They are detail-oriented and focus on developmentally appropriate workouts for players of all skill levels. The players are taught good habits for ball and for life and can directly apply the training to game situations, on both sides of the ball.

Owners Akii and Amber take a great amount of time to put back into kids to make them the best possible players on the court and human beings off of it . Not just skill work but they offer athleticism workouts too ! THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS ! It’s a great playing environment and if you want to get better this is the gym to train at !

I’ve been training at Process since 8th grade and felt at home instantly. Akii and Amber help me develop my game by pushing me every time i’m in the gym. I saw really big improvement once I started getting in the gym 4-5 times a week after going once a week for a long time. I think what makes them different from a lot of other trainers is the guys that have made it to college and pro level basketball that have trained with akii continue to come back and give free knowledge to the players. Best training in tallahassee there is!

There are so many reasons to choose Process Basketball! I’ve spent many hours of my own life in basketball gyms and I’ve never seen these skills taught and with such precision and creativity. A new player likely won’t perfect the moves at the first training, but with determination and consistency they’ll click into place and you’ll soon see real, impressive development. The coaches, who are parents themselves, are nurturing and know how to motivate kids of all ages and ability levels. We love that the athletes aren’t often separated by age groups at the training sessions because it’s inspiring for the younger athletes to see what they can achieve with time and work. High school and college players regularly train alongside elementary schoolers, which is so cool! Players are required to be good teammates and to show good sportsmanship, so the environment at the gym is supportive and professional. My son has been training at Process and playing in the leagues there for a little over two years. We couldn’t be happier!

Process basketball training is a very good place to train at. They teach all levels of basketball, they really care about all of the kids they train. Process Basketball is my favorite place to train and develop my skills. As a second year professional basketball player, I can comfortably say that Process is my preferred place of training for multiple reasons.
