We had a very nice experience at this office . Mirti Gibson was so sweet on the phone and very helpful in helping us make our decision. Ms. Rignanese answered all our questions we ask. Before going in to sign the papers. Briana Thomas went over our paperwork and ask if we had questions. The whole experience was nice and staff made us free like we were important and not just someone they talked to the phone. Thank you to all the staff for the help and making this so smooth.

Cynthia and her staff are amazing to work with. Marti is very pleasant and easy to work with. Briana is very thorough. My mother did not have a will and we resided out of state. We were given the name of Cynthia Rignanese and Assoc by Polk County Bar.Association. They have made the headache of probate extremely smooth and explained every step of the process understandable.We were very nervous not being from the area and going into this blind. With the help of Cynthia and Edie at this law firm, I can not say enough good about them. They made this long process very bearable and completely earned our trust. Good experience on real estate Closing transaction. Very thorough in getting all documents prepared. Even though this was all completed online, everything was perfect. There have been some requests "after the process" and all have been responded too, promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

I recently requested assistance from Rignanese & Associates to prepare a new Revocable Living Trust and associated documents. This process has taken several months for both the attorney, her staff and me to complete. However, from the beginning, I felt very comfortable sharing my personal information.
