After my other MS guy abruptly left (come to find out he was forced to) - Brightwater took over. Tho I didn't know that- for weeks-I had to track them down. They (Beau and Dan) were extremely rude. Hanging up on me at one point. Seriously. Don't let them fool you- any concern for you or your account is a farce and really feigned contempt.
